How Tradexy AI collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website and member platform.
Last updated: May 27, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Tradexy AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use our website, member dashboard, APIs, and related services (the "Service").
We process data to operate accounts, deliver access, prevent fraud, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
2. Data we collect
Account and identity data
- Email address and authentication identifiers (including OAuth provider data where used).
- Display name / profile fields you choose to provide.
- Account creation date, referral relationships, and membership status.
Service and product data
- TradingView username (required to grant or revoke indicator access).
- Broker promotion application data: Vantage UID, transfer confirmation, selected product/system, application status.
- Subscription and billing metadata (plan, status, billing period) when paid plans are active.
- Tradexy Rewards data: referral codes, invite activity, commission records, payout wallet details you submit.
- Support messages and operational logs related to your account.
Technical data
- Device/browser type, IP address, session cookies, and security logs.
- Usage metadata needed for reliability, abuse detection, and debugging.
Payment data
Card and bank payment details are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe) where enabled. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
3. How we use your data
- Authenticate you and secure your account.
- Provide dashboard features, indicator access workflows, and membership status.
- Review broker promo eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent applications.
- Operate referral commissions, payouts, and fraud checks.
- Send transactional emails (access approval, application status, security notices) where configured.
- Respond to support requests and enforce Terms of Service.
- Maintain logs for security, compliance, and service improvement.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on:
- Contract: processing needed to provide the Service you requested.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, product improvement, and internal analytics balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation: compliance with applicable law.
- Consent: where required (e.g. optional marketing, if offered separately).
5. Service providers and sharing
We use trusted infrastructure partners to run the Service, including:
- Supabase: authentication, database, and application backend.
- Stripe: payment processing (when billing is enabled).
- Resend or similar: transactional email delivery (when configured).
- TradingView: username-based indicator access (you interact with TradingView under their terms).
- Hosting and CDN providers for website delivery.
If you use broker registration links (e.g. Vantage Markets), you leave our site and provide data directly to that broker under their privacy policy. We may receive confirmation metadata (such as UID eligibility signals) needed to operate promotion workflows.
We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
7. Retention
We retain personal data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Broker application records, referral ledger entries, and security logs may be kept longer where necessary.
You may request deletion subject to verification and legal exceptions (e.g. open payouts, chargeback investigations, or mandatory record-keeping).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege server credentials, and monitoring). No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and devices.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, without affecting prior lawful processing.
To exercise rights, use the channels on our Contact page with enough information to verify your identity. EEA/UK users may lodge a complaint with a local supervisory authority.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and security. Optional analytics (if enabled in the future) will be described in an updated notice or consent banner where required by law.
11. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided data, notify us through our Contact page and we will take appropriate steps.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material updates may be communicated through the website or email where appropriate.
13. How to reach us
