Terms of Service

Tradexy AI operates a membership platform that may provide access to educational materials, workflow tools, TradingView invite-only scripts ("indicators"), AI-assisted coaching features, referral program tooling, and related account services (collectively, the "Service").

We are a tools and education provider, not a broker, not a bank, not a fund manager, and not a licensed investment adviser. We do not execute trades on your behalf, hold your trading capital, or make personalized recommendations about whether you should enter, exit, or hold any position.

Any references to brokers (including partner registration links), TradingView, payment processors, or third-party platforms describe independent services. Your relationship with those providers is separate from your relationship with Tradexy AI.

• •You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• •You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
• •You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any trading activity is lawful in your country of residence.
• •The Service is not directed at persons in jurisdictions where access would be prohibited.

Indicators, alerts, dashboards, performance displays, calculators, AI Coach responses, and similar features are provided for informational, analytical, and educational purposes only. They are intended to help you organize your own research and decision-making.

Tradexy AI recommends tools and workflows that members may choose to use. We do not instruct you to take any specific trade, position size, stop-loss level, or timing. Every trading decision, including whether to trade at all, is made solely by you.

Tool outputs can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect due to data feeds, platform limits, internet connectivity, software bugs, or market conditions. You must independently verify information before acting on it.

Tradexy AI does not guarantee profits, win rates, funding outcomes, account growth, indicator accuracy, uninterrupted access, or any particular trading result. Past performance, backtests, screenshots, challenge results, or example scenarios shown on the website do not predict future results.

Promotional access (including broker-linked trial programs) is subject to eligibility review, technical delivery on TradingView, and program rules that may change. Approval is not guaranteed.

You are solely responsible for:

• •All trading and investment decisions and their consequences, including total loss of capital.
• •Broker account opening, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, leverage, and compliance with broker terms.
• •Position sizing, stop-losses, take-profits, margin usage, and overall risk exposure.
• •Understanding how indicators, alerts, and AI outputs work before relying on them.
• •Maintaining secure credentials and accurate profile information (including TradingView username).
• •Tax reporting and legal compliance in your jurisdiction.

You agree that you will not treat any content on Tradexy AI as personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. Seek licensed professionals where appropriate.

• •One person per account unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing.
• •No sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing indicators, scripts, or member materials.
• •No scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing access controls, or abusive automation.
• •No fraudulent broker applications, duplicate identities, or misrepresentation of eligibility.
• •No harassment, spam, or illegal activity through referral links, team pages, or support channels.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the platform, or created risk for other members or partners.

Paid memberships (when offered) are described at checkout and managed through our payment infrastructure (e.g. Stripe). Fees, renewal cycles, and cancellation rules are shown before purchase. Failed payment may result in loss of access.

From time to time we may offer time-limited access through broker promotion programs (e.g. 30-day free trial workflows). Such programs require you to meet stated conditions (TradingView username, broker UID verification, transfer steps where applicable, and admin review). Tradexy AI may approve, deny, extend, or revoke promotional access at its discretion.

Broker promotions do not create an employment, partnership, or advisory relationship. Any commissions or commercial arrangements between Tradexy AI and third-party brokers are separate from your trading outcomes.

Indicator access is delivered via TradingView invite-only permissions tied to the username you provide. You must maintain a valid TradingView account and comply with TradingView's terms. We are not responsible for TradingView outages, policy changes, or account issues on their platform.

Referral commissions, invite links, calculators, and payout tools are operational features subject to program rules, minimum thresholds, fraud review, and applicable law. Displayed earnings estimates are planning aids, not guarantees of income. We may withhold or reverse commissions in cases of abuse, chargebacks, or policy violations.

You are responsible for providing accurate payout details (e.g. crypto wallet information where requested) and for any tax obligations arising from referral income.

All indicators, source logic, branding, website content, and member materials are owned by Tradexy AI or its licensors. Your access grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use materials while your membership is active and in good standing.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF DATA. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Tradexy AI AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO Tradexy AI FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tradexy AI and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may modify features, pricing, program rules, or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the website with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk management, maintenance, or discontinuation of products.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of Tradexy AI's operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
